A real estate professional since 1994, John Tenuta is known for integrity, diplomacy, and sincerity in all his dealings. In his tenure in the business, he has first and foremost strived to be someone in whom his clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith. Early in his career as a former Northern Trust Bank, Trust Real Estate executive for nearly 15 years, John used his unique negotiating insights and knowledge in various real estate disciplines to tirelessly advocate for his clients. As an accomplished real estate broker, when working with buyers and sellers, John is assertive and effective without being too aggressive. A born-and-bred Chicagoan, John relocated to the Northwest suburban Cook County area, raised a family in Arlington Heights, and is now a resident of Deer Park. John offers a seasoned knowledge of the Chicago suburbs and an intimate understanding of what makes each residential niche so unique.  Above all, John values relationships over transactions, and much of his business comes from repeat clients or referrals.
